Innovation and Turnkey Capabilities Earn Guarantee Electrical Contract on $100 Million St. Louis College of Pharmacy Project
Guarantee Electrical Company was recently awarded the Electrical Construction package on the new St. Louis College of Pharmacy construction project in St. Louis, Missouri. GECO’s history of performance in the education and healthcare industries is unparalleled in the Midwest. Guarantee Electrical will be subcontracting to Paric Corporation who is the Construction Manager on the project.
The new school, located on the BJC campus will equip students with the latest technology in pharmaceutical education. The six story building, designed by Cannon Design-St. Louis, will feature the latest in construction technology and be adapted for future technologies on the front-end. The College is seeking LEED Silver status on the project. As part of the construction technology requirements, Guarantee Electrical will utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to ensure the project will be able to meet the fast paced construction schedule. The electrical construction package consists, initially, of relocating existing underground fiber prior to the start of construction.
