Ruth’s Chris Steak House
Location: St. Louis, MO
Client: Ruth’s Chris Steak House
Size: 8,120 SF
When Ruth’s Chris Steak House decided to open the finest USDA prime steak restaurant in the St. Louis suburb of Clayton, Guarantee Electrical brought the sizzle and substance of its electrical design-build services to a team led by Chiodini Associates, architect, and Musick Construction Co., general contractor. Located on the first floor of prestigious Shaw Park Plaza, the 8,120-square-foot restaurant seats 266 diners and features a semi-private dining area for business meetings and large parties.
Guarantee established early communication with the mechanical, plumbing and restaurant equipment contractors to verify rough-in and voltage details for the four-month, quick-turn installation. Likewise, close coordination was orchestrated with subcontractors responsible for the high-end wall coverings and specialty flooring, helping the owner avoid costs associated with making late changes behind the walls and under floors. Exceptional planning and total commitment to the restaurant’s schedule quickly accommodated last minute changes, such as the trendy European lighting fixtures that help create the inviting atmosphere.
