Guarantee Electrical, in partnership with Paric Corporation, successfully navigated the complex challenges posed by the construction of the Ballpark Village Tower in downtown St. Louis, Missouri. This monumental $260 million, three-year residential development project known as One Cardinal Way encompassed 30 stories of luxury living and was completed in December 2020.  

Guarantee Electrical's scope included the installation of three distinct electrical services (MSA, MSB, and MSC) to support the 297 residential units and common areas, along with a 750-kVA generator and advanced power distribution systems. Guarantee's adoption of GPS-based Trimble technology ensured precision in underground rough-ins, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of the project. Despite the logistical and health-related challenges presented by the pandemic, the project was completed with zero injuries, maintaining a safe and healthy workforce. 

One Cardinal Way now stands as a symbol of St. Louis's resurgence and a testament to effective teamwork and innovation, with Guarantee Electrical playing a crucial role in its success.
