Despite a pandemic-induced delay, Guarantee Electrical, along with project partners, successfully completed this one-of-a-kind 90,000-square-foot facility within an accelerated six-month timeline to meet licensure deadlines. 

Guarantee's scope encompassed a meticulously engineered electrical design that included power, lighting, and security installations for various grow rooms, vegetation rooms, and dry rooms, in addition to spaces like an extraction booth, a full kitchen, and supporting office areas. 

Guarantee's expertise in integrating control systems and ensuring precision in lighting and environmental controls allowed them to navigate the complexities of the project effectively. The team worked diligently to bring in heavy electrical service through two 3,000-amp substations to meet the facility's power demands, providing dedicated electrical panels for each cultivation area. Guarantee's proactive measures, such as expedited equipment delivery and cost-effective specifications changes, contributed to keeping the project on schedule and within budget. Moreover, the installation of security features, including access control systems and numerous security cameras, further emphasized the project's commitment to safety and security. The project was completed with clear and continuous communication, resulting in no lost-time injuries and within the specified timeframe, despite the pandemic-induced challenges.
