Guarantee Electrical Company
Internships
At Guarantee Electrical, our internship program provides hands-on experience and exposure to various career paths in the electrical construction industry. Whether you’re interested in estimating, engineering, or project management, you’ll gain real-world experience in a structured, supportive environment that prepares you for a successful career.
Compensation: Interns earn $18-20+ per hour, working 30-40 hours per week.
401(k): Interns have the option to contribute to a 401(k) plan to start building their retirement savings.
No Busy Work: Our interns focus on meaningful tasks, with no coffee runs or filing.
Structured Program: From the formal welcome orientation to weekly planning sessions, we ensure a structured experience that supports growth.
Mentorship: Each intern is paired with a mentor to guide their development and help them navigate the industry.
Capstone Project: Interns complete a final capstone presentation, showcasing what they’ve learned to the leadership team.
