Rich Ledbetter
Rich Ledbetter, President and Chief Executive Officer of Guarantee since September 2022, brings over 20 years of expertise in electrical construction and contracting. Rich had first joined Guarantee as Vice President of Business Development before leaving to start his own company, Castle Contracting. A dedicated philanthropist, Rich founded KIDstruction, which has raised over $3 Million dollars for St. Louis Children’s Hospital. As CEO, Rich leads organization-wide strategy and development, empowering the dedicated professionals who bring Guarantee’s mission of Living our Guarantees to life every day.

David Gralike
Dave Gralike, serves as Chief Construction Officer at Guarantee Electrical. With more than 25 years at Guarantee, starting as an apprentice wireman, Dave has held roles from foreman to executive leadership. Known for his innovative approach, he has implemented key systems and processes, including the Project Life Cycle, workforce tracking, and prefabrication innovation, shaping Guarantee’s success in the electrical contracting industry.

Emily Martin
Emily Martin, Chief Legal & Risk Officer and EVP of External Affairs of Guarantee Electrical Company, brings over 20 years of leadership in electrical contracting. Formerly President and CEO of Aschinger Electric, she led market expansions, especially in renewable energy. Emily is active in St. Louis business and community organizations, promoting innovation and industry growth. She currently serves as the Governor of the St. Louis Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and as the chair of the Labor Management Committee

Ron Bull
Ron Bull, Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of Guarantee Electrical since December 2022, brings over 26 years of financial expertise, including 15 in construction and contracting. A key figure in Guarantee’s transition to 100% employee ownership, Ron oversees cash flow, financial planning, and compliance. He champions success through strong relationships among leadership, employees, and clients, aligning with Guarantee’s values.

Jeremy Wilson
Jeremy Wilson, Executive Vice President of Guarantee Electrical’s Western division in Denver, leads operations with over 30 years of experience in electrical contracting. Starting as an apprentice, Jeremy now oversees P&L, safety, strategy, and leadership development for Colorado and California. Known for fostering collaboration, he drives innovation, workforce growth, and safety excellence, including achieving OSHA VPP Star Status and expanding prefabrication capabilities with Underwriters Laboratories certification. Passionate about the next generation of electricians and the future of the industry, Jeremy serves as President of NECA – Rocky Mountain Chapter, and is involved in the DJEATC Apprenticeship program for Colorado.

Jason Wiegand, Executive Vice President of Guarantee Electrical’s Central Division, brings expertise in healthcare, commercial, and manufacturing design-build projects. He oversees preconstruction, engineering, business development, marketing, and purchasing. Jason is dedicated to living The Guarantee Way, ensuring seamless and safe project execution and integration across all departments.

Sara Hannah, Chief People Officer, Executive Vice President of Strategy of Guarantee Electrical, leads the company’s talent strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives. With over 20 years of experience, she leads efforts to strengthen GECO’s unique employee-owned culture and create a workplace where team members thrive. A recognized leader in talent and culture, Sara is also actively involved in the St. Louis community through several nonprofit boards.

Grant Kane, Senior Vice President of Preconstruction of Guarantee Electrical, brings nearly two decades of experience and leadership to the organization. He is instrumental in driving the company’s preconstruction strategy, ensuring projects are thoroughly planned, cost-effective, and built on a strong technical foundation. Grant is a collaborative leader committed to GECO’s purpose-driven culture and long-term success.
