Guarantee Electrical Company is committed to the health and well-being of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate. We wanted to share some of the steps we have taken to enable continued operations:

  1. Formed an Emergency Response Team with daily meetings to address ever changing conditions
  2. Implemented a remote work plan to decentralize our workforce and ensure continuity of service
  3. Utilizing Zoom, Microsoft Teams and other collaboration software
  4. Implemented a site specific questionnaire to assess field workforce COVID-19 exposure risks
  5. Utilizing an app to track all confirmed and potential exposure cases and quarantine status
  6. Holding daily toolbox talks to discuss jobsite conditions and procedures to mitigate exposure risks
  7. Communicating updates and external resources via video, social media and our company intranet site
  8. Following CDC recommended self-quarantine guidelines following potential symptoms, potential exposure and travel from hot zones
  9. Restricted all non-essential business travel and recommending personal travel be limited for only critical purposes

Our workforce is currently helping maintain critical health care facilities, water treatment facilities and many other essential projects and infrastructure in addition to COVID-19 testing facilities.
