The project was part of a $300 million-plus expansion of MEMC’s silicon wafer production facility to support the ever-expanding semiconductor industry. Through Guarantee’s commitment to excellence in electrical construction management our team successfully integrating electrical/communication systems in a confined cleanroomenvironment while upholding existing operations, delivered a high-tech facility under budget by $2 million through strategic procurement and supply chain management, optimized sequencing to facilitate other trades and ensuring safety with 90,000 labor hours and through the innovative approach of engineering creative rooftop and underground solutions, maximized space.
