Guarantee Electrical played a key role in the design-assist delivery of the Mercy Multi-Specialty Care Center, a state-of-the-art, 272,000-square-foot outpatient facility in St. Louis, Missouri. This five-level center prioritizes patient experience with seamless navigation, modern amenities, and an array of specialized care services, including neurosurgery, orthopedics, bariatrics, and imaging. The facility also features a multi-specialty outpatient surgery center with ten advanced operating rooms and eight post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) bays. 

Guarantee Electrical ensured the integration of high-tech electrical systems to support the facility’s advanced medical services. The project required installing energy-efficient lighting, backup power systems, and advanced HVAC controls to enhance patient comfort and operational efficiency. Guarantee’s expert coordination of electrical systems throughout the facility, including coworker lounge areas and spacious waiting rooms, ensured that construction timelines were met while maintaining a safe, efficient worksite.
