Short Description

Design build remodel of bldg 2 and 4. The Pfizer Boulder Campus renovation included two major phases. Phase 1 focused on upgrading Building 2 with workplace enhancements such as neighborhood seating, seminar spaces, and a café, while also improving labs and clean equipment areas in Building 4. Phase 2 targeted the Med Chem Lab in Building 2, incorporating electrical upgrades, HVAC, lighting, fire alarm systems, voice/data cabling, and security enhancements. Both phases emphasized safety, quality, and efficient design-build delivery, supported by BIM modeling and transparent cost management. Together, these projects modernized research and office spaces to align with Pfizer’s Workplace Experience standards and operational goals.
