We are pleased to announce that Bryce Perkins has joined Guarantee as our new Vice President of Operational Excellence for the Western Region.
Bryce brings 30 years of industry expertise to this strategic role, having built his career at Sturgeon Electric since 1994. His progressive leadership journey through positions including Foreman, Superintendent, Project Manager, and District Manager has equipped him with comprehensive insights into our industry. In his most recent role, he successfully led Commercial and Industrial projects at Denver International Airport and throughout Colorado.
In his new role, Bryce will partner across Western to accelerate our commitment to operational excellence while spearheading strategic projects, reporting directly to Jeremy Wilson.
His extensive qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science from Red Rocks Community College, a four-year Electrical Apprenticeship, multiple leadership certifications, and LEED accreditation for building design and construction. Bryce’s ongoing involvement with AFCOM, IBEW, NECA, and OSHA demonstrates his commitment to industry excellence.

The Vice President of Operational Excellence ensures that the organization operates at its highest potential—consistently, sustainably, and strategically. This role is strategic and cross-functional, aiming to align operational practices with business goals.
What can you expect?
The Vice President of Operational Excellence will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive operational excellence strategy in the Western Region, focused on selected key initiatives – Manufacturing and Data Center Markets. Working at the direction of Jeremy Wilson and Western Leadership, they will spearhead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, standardize best practices, drive continuous improvement, and position the organization for strategic growth opportunities. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our operations and ensuring our competitive advantage in the electrical contracting industry.
