A 19-year veteran of Guarantee, Kane currently serves as Senior Vice President of Preconstruction. His addition to the GLT reflects his proven leadership, deep industry knowledge, and unwavering commitment to Guarantee’s people-first, purpose-driven culture. As Senior Vice President of Preconstruction, Grant Kane plays a strategic leadership role in shaping project success from the start, ensuring every project is thoroughly planned, cost-effective, and built on a solid technical foundation before construction begins. His addition to the leadership team reflects both his deep commitment to Guarantee and the collaborative, technically sharp leadership style he brings to every opportunity.

Kane’s leadership is rooted in a lifelong connection to the electrical industry and shaped by a deeply personal sense of purpose.
“Having been born into and growing up in the electrical industry, my late father and amazing mother instilled in me and my brothers that it’s always about the people in our span of care,” said Kane. “That principle has guided me every day—especially here at Guarantee, where the partners in the GECO Universe, both new and seasoned, have mentored and molded me into the person I am today.”
With nearly two decades at Guarantee, Kane has helped shape the company’s preconstruction operations into a strategic powerhouse that supports clients through planning, pricing, and partnership.
“I’ve spent almost half my life here. It’s truly an honor and privilege to be welcomed onto the Guarantee Leadership Team, where I’ll continue prioritizing our people-first approach—our north star that guides everything we do,” he added. “This milestone is not mine alone. It belongs to the partners who’ve walked with me, those who came before me, and those still pushing us forward.”

Beyond the construction industry, Kane is a proud husband to Meghan Kane and devoted father to Emma, William, and Josie. He’s also no stranger to challenges—having most recently completed the 340-mile MR340 canoe race with fellow GECO teammates.
